Yesterday I was out and about on our projects in Kelsterbach and Sulzbach. It is always great to stand outside on the construction site – especially when you spent a long time working as a construction and project manager yourself. You quickly realise how much you miss that direct connection to the execution on site.

Civil engineering work for both projects is now complete. Only the final activations and customer connections are missing – then the network can be handed over to Deutsche GigaNetz GmbH . 💪🚧

On-site I was able to gain a good insight into the current status and had a very pleasant exchange with our LWL team, the site managers and partners. Personal dialogue is and remains an important part of successful projects.

For quality assurance, I carried out random checks and supervised power meter measurements – the results were very satisfactory and show the great care with which our teams work.

Of course, there were also some light refreshments and snacks for everyone involved – it just goes with the territory. 😊

Tomorrow we move on to Babenhausen, our new project – I’ll keep you posted 💪
