Your tasks

Your duties if you are interested in the position in our group:

• You are responsible for monitoring the planning implementation and organizing the construction sector. In this context, you conduct the controlling and document the project progress.
• They monitor the execution of the projects and ensure that they comply with the specified implementation plans, performance descriptions, standards, permits, and regulations.
• They are responsible for the design, as well as the preparation and monitoring of the construction process.
• They assist in the preparation of tender documents for civil engineering and material procurement.
• They create calculations and cost estimates for construction projects.
• They lead, professionally guide, coordinate, and supervise your network construction team, including the underground construction work.
• They create estimates with the contractors, review invoices, control costs, document the construction progress, organize acceptance inspections, and compile all documents for the handover of the project.
• They participate in project discussions and regularly visit the construction sites.
• You carry out your tasks in close collaboration with your project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
