Your tasks

Your duties if you are interested in the position in our group:

• You handle the correspondence with clients and employees.
• They plan and coordinate the schedules for project management and construction management.
• They keep the files in the office and in the computer system, scan documents, manage the filing system, and ensure that everything is organized.
• They organize appointment times, prepare meetings, and process the results.
• They are responsible for the measurement and billing of construction work.
• They work their way through the contract documents.
• They perform volume calculations and add-ons.
• They obtain road traffic permits.
• You take over the personnel management.
