Your tasks

Your duties if you are interested in the position in our group:

• Administration and maintenance of our Microsoft and Linux server environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• User and account management, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support for our telephony system and virtualization environments (for example, mail archiving)
• Operation and development of our network environment: firewalls, VPN, location connections
• Administration of our hardware landscape including smartphones, laptops, switches, printers, and workplace hardware
• Inventorying all devices and IT components
• Assistance with and implementation of the ISO-27001 certification (IT security policies, processes, documentation)
• Identification, onboarding and control of external service providers (for example, support, maintenance, security)
• Independent development of processes, structures, and standards for IT operations
• Establishing and leading a future IT team from a strategic perspective

That's what you bring with you

• Completed training or studies in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (Hyper-V, VMware, Docker, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of networks, firewalls, VPNs, printers, and endpoint infrastructure
• Experience in inventory management and documentation
• Language skills: German very good, English good, Turkish an advantage
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
