Your tasks

Your duties if you are interested in the position in our group:

• Self-responsible management and coordination of projects in the NE4 area (in-house fiber optic cabling)
• Management and supervision of subcontractors: selection, contracting, dispatch and quality control
• Ensuring the timely and compliant implementation on the construction sites
• Performing site inspections, measurements, billing and documentation
• Development and further development of the NE4 department in close coordination with the management
• Development of standards and processes for efficient workflows
• Conducting training and onboarding for employees and partner companies

• Years of experience in the field of NE4 / fiber optic in-house cabling
• Thorough knowledge of construction management, project coordination, and subcontractor management
• High level of initiative, organizational talent, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in quality management and process design
