Today I am celebrating my ninth anniversary at BICON AG and looking back with pride on an exciting and educational journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My career began as an apprentice bricklayer and reinforced concrete builder. Even during my apprenticeship, I was allowed to contribute to the tasks of site management and assist the site managers. This early responsibility and the experience associated with it have decisively shaped my professional career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following my apprenticeship, I completed my further training to become a Master Bricklayer and Reinforced Concrete Builder. In this role, I took on my first civil engineering construction sites and managed them as a site manager. This phase was intense, but it provided me with the necessary tools to ultimately take on responsibility for larger projects and the site managers themselves as a project manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, I am pleased to lead the operational business of Dumlupinar Holding. I look back with pride on the strong development of our corporate group and look forward to many more successful years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entering professional life was fast-paced and I was thrown in at the deep end. But it was precisely these challenges that made me learn a lot in a short space of time and grow continuously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
